The price might seem a little high but the Trifield Meter is usually around $130 and the thermometer $70 or $80 dollars just by themselves. The EVP listener seems like it is going to be very cool to use with my digital recorder but it comes with the cheapest earphones I have ever seen in my life, so make sure you have some good earphones to use with it. Also make sure you have a tiny Phillips screw driver handy because in order to insert most of the batteries you need to unscrew the back panels (it's also good to have a few 9Volt (square) batteries on hand). I had also pictured that the size of the case was going to be about the size of a briefcase, but looking at the picture you can see that it is going to be small.
